International orders are shipped at a flat rate. Any package shipped internationally is subject to a customs hold of indefinite length.
After shipping confirmation is sent, buyer accepts responsibility for packages without tracking lost in transit.
All shipments to New York will require a signature.
Orders with multiple editions will be refunded any shipping charge overage.
